Industry: Voice, wire line and wireless services to both consumers and businesses nationwide. Assisted in defining screen flows, developing wireframes and conducting in-store walk-throughs with users. Contributed to the validation of the navigation model and wireframes with end users. Assisted with defining user interface and taxonomy.Assisted in creation of architecture documents, conceptual prototypes (look and feel), and a style guide.
