Project Description:

The Mobile UT project centered around a lead-generating app for health and supplemental insurance recruitment for employers and seniors.

•Responsible for the on-line customer experience for one

 customer facing Premier Provider Portal and Mobile

 Retail products.

•Performed customer and competitive research.

•Assisted in development of portal requirements,

 wireframes and prototypes.

•Facilitated project kick-off meeting with stakeholders

 (BCBS IL and TX health plan execs).

•Drafted high-level project plans, Statements of Work

 (SOW), usability test plans, timelines.

•Coordinated bid process with vendors for testing event.

•Conducted user research and identified user profiles for

 usability testing.

•Facilitated diagnostic usability testing for BCBS Mobile

 application (scripting. screening, moderating, note

 taking, and online surveys).

•Developed online card sorts for taxonomy exercises

 with stakeholders.

•Presented findings and made recommendations to

 stakeholders for site improvements.

•Worked with key design staff on the prototype to

 implement recommendations.

Technologies Used: MS Visio, MS Office, MS Project, Morae Manager, Axure (mobile), Card sorting tools: WebSort, OmniSort.

Achievements

Served as lead user experience architect with BCBS team.Upgraded and streamlined the Premier Provider portal which maintains all healthcare provider information for IL, TX, OK and NM.
