Set user scenarios for company intranet project navigation design, information hierarchy, and taxonomy.Developed screen flows and navigation models using Photoshop, FireworksCreated a Style Guide for entire portal.Developed full-cycle UX Design project plan using MS Project.Set interaction flowcharts.Created and web and software interaction models using MS Visio.Planned and coordinated human factors strategy and user-experience design. Produced personas, scenarios, process flows, annotated wireframes, design prototypes, andfunctional design specifications. Created both business and functional requirements in addition to low and high fidelity prototypes.

Achievements:

Built the first multi-functional Sharepoint portal with five integrated systems linking five offices and countless consultants nationwide to project management financials and operational tools.
