Project Description:

Created web experiences acknowleging Windows, Android & OS systems to incorporate more feature sand human interest stories into the 10-day forecast page while creating linkages and relevance back to the Home page.

Solution

Revamped global navigation design, taxonomy and structure to function in a mega-nav containing forecasts, ads and sponsored content. Created responsive navigation design for both for big web and mobile exp.

Achievements:

Designed the first expandable/collapsable thumbnail gallery/carousel for breaking news, severe weather and news features highlighted in the Homepage DL . Developed usability guidelines for thumbnail pagination.
